What Kind Of Dog Should We Get?

The only requirements for this dog breed is that it has to be small. Im talking no bigger than a pug. It also can’t shed too much, but we would like it to have fur. It must also be pretty smart so that training (housetraining in paticular) is easier.
I dont think too much about cutness, but it can’t be ugly.
Ive been thinking about a minitaure or toy poodle but my sister thinks theyre ugly so we cant get one because its half her dog.
we like papillons but they shed a little too much.
What do you think we should get?

Sit down with your sister. Make a list of pro’s and con’s you want in a dog. Take the list to a shelter and show it to the staff. Ask them to show you all the dogs that have what you want on the list. Then make your decision. Make sure your parents agree on your choice. Then when you get the dog, be responsible enough to take care of it by dividing care of it between you and your sister.
I have two puggles because I love them so much! Problem is they shed, and I’ve seen a lot of them turnout ugly (thank god mine didn’t!)
I suggest maybe a spoodle, they have a great temperament, and are hypoallergenic. spoodles are a mix of cocker spaniels and poodles. They are also called cockapoos but i think that name sounds icky.
boston terriers are also cute. There is also a breed called carlin pinschers which are a pug and a mini pinscher mix. just avoid doxies because every one i ever met is mean!
Affenpinscher are good small dogs they dont shed and they have low energy. also Bichon Frise, Bolognese, Brussels Griffon, Chinese Crested, and Miniature Schnauzer. those are just a few but they all follow all of you guidlines. hope this helps!

I have a morkipoo (yorki mixed with a maltese poodle) he sheds a bit but not crazy! and he’s sooooooooo cute!! don’t get a chihuahua their soo hyper and Territorial!

Put if you want a papillon get it the shedding IS controllable with proper house cleaning and training your dog not to lay in your clothing and stuff! I NEVER have fur on my clothes!!
