my pom used the litter box
If given a chance, your cats will use the puppies litter box and the puppy will probably eat or mess in the cat poo. I purchased a little Chihuahua that had been litter box trained by the breeder, but the only time I used that was when she was in her pen (out of the cats reach) if I had to leave. Other than that, I immediately started training her to go outside and she took to that quickly. Don’t use litter box training for a dog long term – especially if you have cats.
if you litter train a dog they have a different kind of litter for dogs.
just take puppy outside after eating and sleeping on a leash and go with puppy. tell them to potty and praise and treat when they do.
my pap taught me she will go out front to pee after the neighbor dogs in the first few minutes of being there. but she has to be turned loose in back to go poop.
in the back she will have to smell every blade before peeing. so if in a hurry we take a walk out front and bingo.
good luck and spook sends licks.
Doubtful.
Cats are territorial about their litter boxes.
I’d expect that if you train the dog to go in with the cat…the cat will find a new spot to start doing it’s business.
yeah..cat poos dog gets food.
dogs poo and pee out side and cats do it in litter boxes.and one thing is these two animals do not like each other and will NOT like sharing a litter box
yes,, the cat will poop in the litter box and the dog will eat the poop
dogs go pee and poop outside
I like the look of a papillon. They are so cute.
