Crate Trained Dog Keeps Peeing On Things After Just Being Let Out?

My boyfriend has a Papillon that is just over a year old and has been neutered for about 3 months. He’s been cage trained since he was a pup. He always goes to the restroom when he goes outside. The dog is so infuriating though because we will have just let him out to pee and not 30 minutes later he’s peeing on the floor. We scold him and he goes right back in his crate, but he never seems to learn.
Here’s a recent example; The dog stays in his crate while we are at work. As soon as I got home I let him out to pee, he goes about his business no problem, and I leave him out in the kitchen to play. I play with him with his squeaky bone and keep an eye on him. Not 40 minutes after having gone out to pee he stops out for the middle of nowhere and pisses all over the floor. We know he does not have a urinary tract infection and he already peed a ton outside so I have no idea what the problem is. He gets scolded with “Bad dog”, “no” and is put back in his crate.
Btw do not mention taking him outside after he has already peed on the floor, this doesn’t work. Any ideas?
I’ve Just Rescued A Mom & Her 2 Pups. I Need To Crate Train Them But I Have No Idea How Big A Crate I Need.

This is not a large-breed dog. The mom is a Papillon mix and the dad was a medium-sized poodle-mix. I’ve allowed the pups and mom to have free reign of the apartment, with disasterous results. I love having them sleep in bed with me at night, but the “accidents” all over the apartment are horrid. Mom’s mostly house-trained. I just don’t always read her signals right. And I’m gone sometimes for hours at a time. I don’t want to put them in separate crates, but I don’t know what the best size would be. I also don’t have all that much room in my apartment for a huge crate either. HELP!!!
Just Bought A Papillon??!?

So I went to a dog adoption center today looking to buy my new best friend! Right when I walked in I saw THE CUTEST dog ever, a papillion! It was love at first sight. Apparently it was born on the streets, and was found a few days after it was born without a mom or any brothers or sisters. It’s 13 weeks now, and i haven’t detected any problems concerning it’s knees or anything but it has a tendency to knaw/chew/nibble anything in sight! Is this the norm for dogs their age or is it a problem that I’ll need to address in the future? If it is normal how can I stop her from chewing on ME? Also, if you have any pointers for training her it’ll be much apprecieated. Thanks so much. =]

My 4 month old male papillon loves everyone and covers them with kisses. Except my dad. My dad loves animals and it bothers him that the puppy hates him. He tried giving him treats and toys but it hasn’t helped. It started with just barking and growling while hiding behind me, but now he tried to bite him. I have been strict and tell him no over and over when he barks and growls but it has not worked. Help please!!! how should I handle this and train my puppy so he is not aggressive?
My Papillon Is Just Crazy!?

I have a male papillon who is about nine months old. I am, of course, going to have him neutered soon, especially since I’m still trying to housebreak him and keep him from marking up the walls.
However, I have noticed… he is HYPER! He will not listen to anything anyone says, he just jumps and bounces and runs and won’t come back in the house! Of course he is kept in a kennel for most of the time he is inside, because we have to supervise his house roaming due to the lack of potty training. It’s been very hard because I am pregnant and my mother insists on coming over in the middle of the day and letting him out into the backyard ALL DAY. To which he won’t come back inside! He is so use to being outside, he knows nothing else! How can I get him trained! I’m expecting a baby, but I can’t part with my papillon!

I am crate training my dog, he’s great. I take him out a times always with a leash and praise him for going outside but he has never piddled outside. He comes inside from a mile and a half walk, goes in his crate and piddles, he has no problem pooping on his walks. Help! I am so frustrated I want to enjoy him in the house but I feel uneasy about letting him run around until I know he will piddle outside. Thank you.
Anybody Own A Papillon Or Pomeranian? Are They Yappy, Or Does It Just Depend?

Im looking for a small-ish dog, and not yappy, if possible. I have a Welsh Corgi, and shes great. But I kinda want to get a Papillon or a Pomeranian. Some people say they are yappy, some say they arent. Does it just depend on the dog, and how they are trained?
