After crate training, potty training my pap. can i put her outside on the deck?
And, how can i make my puppy pap more closer to me and more loyal? loyal enough to make him follow me? i like it when dogs follow me around..I used to have a jack russel and she follows me with ease (even in the toilet)! how can i make my pap closer to me just like my jack?
all the things i did with my jack russel wont work with my papillon.

What do you mean, “after crate training?” Do you mean you want to just leave her out on the deck by herself? Do you mean move her crate out there?
A loyal dog doesn’t have to follow his owner around constantly. You’re confusing loyalty with clinginess. You want a dog who will cling to you. You can try the “umbilical cord” method. Basically, just keep her tethered to you at all times. Eventually, being near you and following you everywhere will be like a habit. Also, reward her for doing what you want her to do. If she’s ever following you around or whenever she’s near you, praise her, pet her, give her treats and/or play with her.
really i think it’s just that you are around your dog a lot. my mom works at home all day, my dogs sleeps with her and follows her everywhere, when she leaves he waits at the door or lays on the stairs waiting for her to come home.

Just be kind a gentle to her. All dogs are different, she might not respond to you the way the other dog did.
