most vets wont do emergency spays now on a dog thats pregnant because its to risky my vet wouldnt even spay my dog after she had the pups n rejected them because he said its to risky as far as the spay nuter contract i dont think it will work on the pups because their not papillions you need a contract with the breed of dog they are.

Emergency spays can be done right up to before delivery. It is done all the time at shelters for population control. And they do spays as part of C-sections all the time.
I agree with spaying her and all the puppies before getting them into new homes. Or having the shelter do it. Too many "accidents" and mistakes have already happened here - time to stop the chain of events.

Sounds like you are a responsible owner who has everything covered. :)
Good luck with your dogs and the puppies! Good for you for not doing the emergency spay- most people would have aborted the puppies to avoid the hassle.

Talk to your vet about having the pups spayed/neutered before they go to their new homes. And when in doubt call around to other vets to find whose willing to do it. At least then you won't have to worry about someone not following through on the contract.
Personally depending on how far along she was I might have insisted on the spay/abort.
ETA: Yeah I saw the contract part and I still say you are better spaying and neutering them while they are in YOUR care before they go to their new homes.
