Having Trouble Potty Training My Dog?

My Papillon Maggie is very smart, but stubborn.
Shes about a Year and 3 months old now, I know I probably wasn’t strict enough with her as I should have been. I take her out on the leash every day and she just wants to play.
I don’t know what to do, Im gettin tired of cleaning up her messes.

It pretty simple. you need to be patient and have a routine. everytime you take out your puppy make sure you tell her “Lets go Potty”. take your time when outside cause she will think its playtime. once she does potty you need to praise her. its a good idea to get some potty treats for her and only give it to her when she goes potty. it will take time so dont get fustrated. we used a diaper for our puppy the first couple of months for any accidents in the house. dont yell at her too bad if she does have accidents in the house cause she will think potty means bad so she will be hesitant in going when you are outside. hope this helps and good luck!
You need knowledge and emotional needs when training dog. Knowledge is a regular training program, such as 5 basic order for family dog “come, sit, down, stay, and side” and emotional is related to your emotional, such as: patient and consistent..
try to train the doggie using, you know, a large pad maybe..It can help you to overcome it.
if she poos on the floor throw it outside..she will recognize the smell and realize this is where you have to go..also make sure u clean the pee really well or she will pick up on the smell and want to continue going where it is familiar and has gone before. that is how i housebroke all of the dogs ive had. and just make sure you pay attention when she is sniffing around. also she will not use where she sleeps or eats so if u keep her in those rooms or in a kennel when you are gone that will help too.
Go get some potty training pads for the house (a scent attracts dogs to pee there) and maybe get a longer leash for outside or take her off the leash so she is more comfortable
ok on thing i have learned y would u try to make ur dog sit on the tolit and its weird to have a dog liter box
