Bad Pooping Habit?

I need help with my 1 1/2 year old Papillon. She is house trained, and pees on her puppy pads, but poops next to it. Now for the past few weeks she has been pooping in other rooms. I can’t seem to break her of this habit, and can’t figure out why she does this. Any advice?

she wont poop in the pad bcause she wont poop somewhere thats been marked already.
The pads were bad for me. Made my dog prefer carpet, so every now and then she would make a break for upstairs to go pee. I’d recommend house training her to go outside. When she goes in the house take it outside and put it in the grass and let her smell it (dont push her nose in it though)… and when you walk her and she goes in the grass you have to get really excited and give her treats. If you have her on a schedual (which is reccomended) you’ll see a pattern in when she has to poop or pee. They love the excitement and once she realizes its every time she goes where she is supposed to she will be motivated to do it more ofter. My pup realized it and then began to squat and fake pee so she could get praise (so cute lol)

yeah watch her for any movements of going outside or scratching for the door otherwise then she will just go anywhere because she or he cant hold it>>
She does it because you trained her to poop in the house
Do you leave food down all the time for her?
